Rick Healy
Project Manager
Rick joined Poyant Signs in Mach 1999 as a member of the channel letter
department. He was promoted to Project Manager in January 2008.
Rick brings a strong background in the manufacturing of illuminated and
non-illuminated signage. He also has numerous years of experience working
with the latest technology in the sign industry.
Rick is a graduate of UMASS Dartmouth, with a Bachelors Degree in
Psychology. He is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor Degree at
Southern New England School of law.

Donna Bourassa
Project Manager
Donna is a graduate from Umass Dartmouth, with a Bachelors Degree in
Business Information Systems. She has also furthered her education by
attending a Post Baccalaureate program towards a certification in Education.
Prior to joining our team at Poyant Signs, Donna worked in the antique
industry for 5 yrs. She created and implemented databases with her
international vendors to help manage inventory control systems. She also
supported the importing and exporting of antiques, mainly high end furniture,
to and from Europe via the Internet.
Donna also has 6 yrs of experience working for the accounting department
for Sid Wainer & Son Specialty Produce & Specialty Foods. Here she
was responsible for maintaining vendor files and making payments for all
company debts and expenses.

Maryanne Hodgkins
Project Manager
Maryanne joined us in November of 2007 as a project manager.
She graduated from Salem State College with a B.S. in business management.
Having recently attended southern New England School of Law in Dartmouth,
MA Maryanne has experience in zoning regulations and variances, deed research
and contract law. Her account and project management experience comes most
recently from over 15 years at Peak Technologies a systems integrator of bar
coding systems based out of Maryland.
Maryanne is a certified yogafit instructor and a beginner golfer. She is a member
of the Massachusetts bar association and enjoys donating her time and
experience to various charities and non-profit organizations.

Jackie Linhares
Project Manager
With a Bachelors of Arts degree from Quinnipiac College, Jackie comes to
Poyant Signs from Ahead Inc., where she worked as a Service Representative.
While there she supported a sales team, of 12 representatives, provided
customer service as well as consulted in the creation and implementation of
Ahead's online ordering system.
Prior to working at Ahead she worked at SRS Specialty Resin Systems as a
Marketing Assistant. Jackie provided direct support to 15 national sales offices,
responsible for creation of all marketing and technical literature and coordinated
all tradeshows and special events.
Jackie joined Poyant Signs in March of 2007 as Project Manager supporting
Geoff Diehl in the Plymouth County Territory. She has quickly become a
valuable and integral member of the Project Management team helping to
build solid relationships with her customers.

Natalia Pelletier
Project Manager
Natalia joined Poyant Signs in October 1999 she was originally hired as Assistant
to the General Manager. In 2001, Natalia was promoted to Human Resource
Manager and Permit Coordinator. In 2003, she joined the Project Management
Group on the Brooks Pharmacy account managing all of their sign maintenance
requirements and new store development in New England, New York, New
Jersey and Pennsylvania. In 2007, Natalia became Lead Project Manager for
the CVS Account, responsible for all new store development and remodels. She
supports Gary McCoy on this account. Natalia also supports Jerry Sawyer of
our Boston Office.
Prior to joining Poyant Signs she was the Office Manager of Birchwood Realty.
Natalia worked closely with the ownership to grow and develop the business
from 5 Sales Agents to 20 Sales Agents and with the sales volume that went $15
million to $50 million in Residential Real Estate Market over a 3 year period.
Previous to joining Birchwood, Natalia worked for Cornell Dubilier in the area
of International Sales.
Natalia is a certified Spinning Instructor and enjoys teaching. In her spare time
she also enjoys going to the gym and reading.

Sasha Tenkarian
Project Manager
Sasha joined our team in 2007. She is a graduate of UMass Dartmouth Charlton
College of Business with a concentration in Business Information Systems. Sasha
has worked in the antique industry for 15 years, specializing in management of
high volume importation and exportation of antiques, mainly furniture, to and
from Europe. Sasha was able to hand pick high quality goods throughout her
visits abroad and worked closely with international business partners to purchase
and prepare shipments to be exported to the United States. She was responsible
for the coordination of these shipments through international and domestic
customs and accepting them at their final destination in Taunton, Massachusetts.
Additionally, Sasha managed a team of 8 employees to support her in the
complex sale of these antiques to final consumers via the Internet. This included
professional photography, listing and maintaining the item database on the
Internet, communicating with customers throughout the sale process, internal
record keeping, collection & distribution of funds, and transportation
coordination. She focuses on maintaining strong, long-term relationships with
her customers and vendors.
Sasha has joined the Poyant Signs team as a Project Manager and supports
Senior Sales Executive, Gary McCoy, out of the Southern New England
office. Servicing clients such as Shaw’s, WS Development, AAA Southern
New England and has other long term customers.

Donna Travers
Project Manager
Donna has been with Poyant Signs since December 2001 and is a senior member
of our Project Management team. She brings over 29 years of experience in
customer service and manufacturing and has an Associate Degree in Accounting
& Business Management from Fisher College of North Dartmouth, Massachusetts.
Prior to coming on board, she was an Assistant Customer Service Manager with
Acushnet Rubber Company, New Bedford, MA. for 11 years. Donna has a
strong background in details, follow-up, production expediting and excellent
communication skills.
Donna works as a Project Manager supporting Sharon Paradis in the Rhode
Island Region, Len Poyant of the Bristol County Region and Rick Westergren
out of the Northern New England office, located in Amherst, New Hampshire.
Some of Donna's existing customers at Poyant Signs included The Storage
Center, Rhode Island Hospital, Coastal Medical, Ninety Nine Restaurant &
Pub, Sherwin Williams, Digital Federal Credit Union, Town Fair Tire & F.W.
Webb Company. Donna’s experience and strong manufacturing background
has made her a valuable member of the Project Management team. Donna
enjoys camping and sailing.

Meredith G. Wenc
Project Manager
With a Bachelors of Fine Arts from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth,
Meredith comes to Poyant Signs from Saint Anne's Hospital where she worked
as a Community Projects Coordinator. For over a year she managed, supported
and coordinated community programs and committees, such as: Project Help-
Lifeline, the NB Borden Career Education program, the Multicultural Health
Committee and Schwartz Center Rounds.
Prior to working at Saint Anne's, Hospital, Meredith was a Training Coordinator
at Christmas Tree Shops Corporate Headquarters. For over two years she
coordinated and facilitated training classes, analyzed training needs, managed
a Learning Library database for associate self-learning, designed and developed
training materials, as well as headed special projects to streamline processes.
Meredith recently joined Poyant Signs in August 2007 as Project Manager
supporting local, regional and national accounts for Bill Barnard and Mike
Patenaude out of the Northern New England office, located in Amherst,
New Hampshire. In addition, she supports Adam Mello of the Bristol County
Region.
