Jackie Linhares Service and Maintenance Manager

Jackie was recently promoted to the new position of Service and Maintenance Manager as part of Poyant’s strategic focus on helping our customer’s with “Building Your Brand” by ensuring your investment in your branding package is well maintained to always present a positive image.
Jackie joined Poyant in 2007 coming from Ahead, Inc. with a Bachelors of Arts degree from Quinnipiac College, as a Service Representative supporting a sales team of 12 representatives. In addition to enhancing customer service she consulted in the creation and implementation of Ahead’s on-line ordering system.
At Poyant, Jackie spent three years as Project Manager for Geoff Diehl and Richard Poyant working with such clients as Eastern Bank, Sovereign Bank and Southcoast Health Systems, to name a few.
In 2008, Jackie played a leading role in the selection and implementation of the fully integrated dataSIGN software program, a cross functional, state-of-the –art program that was rolled out to the company in 2008 and 2009.
Jackie also has taken over all Field Services scheduling which is constantly updated throughout each day as weather and site conditions impact the schedule.
As Service and Repair Manager, Jackie stays in constant contact with her customer base with updates on the Service Schedule and coordinates the effort of our Service Technicians throughout New England and selected contractors – nationwide.
