Lance attended Bristol Community College focusing his studies on education & graphic design. He began his design career at a local shop working with vinyl and automobiles. For many years he has designed print and web material for the Burgo Basketball Association, that runs a basketball league for kids ages 8 and up, where Lance sits on the Board of Directors.

Lance joined the company in early 2005. Having a solid understanding of design programs & vinyl applications, he turned to Poyant seeking a challenging, fast paced and exciting environment.

When he first joined Poyant he started in the Art Department because of his knowledge and hands on experience with the process of vinyl and graphic applications. With Lance’s design background he was reassigned to the Design Department in early 2006. Lance is now the Senior Designer for CVS/pharmacy.
