Bill has over 20 years of experience in the signage industry at Poyant. He began working here in 1997 in the Channel Letter Department. He then was in the Installation Department for a couple of years and went back to the Channel Letter Department to train for a supervisory position. Bill believes in sharpening his skills and has successfully completed training in lean techniques and process improvement, extensive leadership and supervisory training and is a certified aluminum welding technician.

As the Channel Letter Department Supervisor, Bill leads and works with his team on continuous improvement and lean best practices. He is focused on meeting delivery dates, quality control and customer satisfaction. Bill is proud of the work his department accomplishes for all of our customers including CVS, Sherwin Williams, Town Fair Tire, Dunkin’ Donuts, Shaw’s Supermarkets and many custom projects over the years. Bill is also responsible for Poyant’s UL Compliance Program ensuring that all of Poyant’s electrical products meet or exceed UL Standards.

Bill lives in New Bedford with his wife and two children. He enjoys vacationing with his family.
