Connie joined the Poyant Team in December of 2019 as an Accounts Payable Associate.

Connie attended UMass Dartmouth and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities and Social Sciences with a minor in Elementary Education, intending to pursue a career in Education. However, in order to maximize time with her four children she took a part-time job with Five Star Surgical. Connie ended up staying for the next 20 years taking on multiple roles including Accounts Receivables, Sales Support, and Accounting Specialist. Previous work experience includes office work at St. Francis Hospital & Medical Center in the Surgical Residency program in Hartford, CT and in the Admissions & Recruitment Office of Loma Linda University in Riverside, CA. 

In addition to taking business and accounting courses over the years, Connie has also received business certificates in Quickbooks, Accounts Receivable & Collections and Customer Service. She has served as Treasurer for her church for the past 7 years.

When not working, Connie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and on any given weekend you will most likely find her exploring by foot or biking local Dartmouth or Cape Cod trails.
