Linda was introduced to the sign industry at a young age, growing up with a father who was a sign installer and fabricator in Maine his entire career. With that childhood it’s no wonder Linda has become a skilled and long time local Southcoast sign designer. Prior to joining Poyant she worked at Beaumont Sign Co. assisting customers as a designer, sign maker, digital print artist and finally as the Art Department Manager. Linda also worked as a sign painter at Cranberry Signcraft, well known nationally for custom hand crafted signs, specialty gold leaf work and truck lettering. Now Linda is an asset to the Poyant design team with her hands on knowledge of sign crafting as well as her talent in design.

At Poyant, Linda works with the design team to develop design and branding concepts including detailed production plans for a wide range of projects serving both Poyant and past Beaumont customers.

Linda earned an Architectural CAD Certificate from Bristol Community College in Fall River and a two year certificate in Sign Design/Lettering from Butera School of Art in Boston and a background in drafting. She is experienced in logo design/development and fleet branding. Driven by her passion for vintage signage, Linda is also a Letterhead member interested in keeping the traditional ways of creating signs alive. With her enthusiasm for ongoing training as well as new software and techniques, the sign industry has stayed a compelling and fascinating industry for her.
