Meghan joined Poyant in October of 2022 as our Human Resource Specialist and Safety Officer. She oversees all employee relations, administers, and monitors all benefit programs, company policies and safety procedures. She is the liaison for all internal requests/concerns and supports Poyant’ s company culture and organizational goals.

Meghan assists Poyant with identifying, eliminating, and mitigating risk while helping the company adapt and resolve any challenge that may arise. She is committed to growth, learning, and developing the best safety and compliance practices. Meghan attended Southern New Hampshire University earning several degrees in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management. She has experience in construction, education, and in healthcare settings where she is applying relatable knowledge to her current role as our HR Specialist.

When not working, Meghan enjoys spending time with her son, Cole, and daughter, Sofia. She is passionate about the outdoors, fitness, art, cooking, and music.
